毕业典礼 Application Information

Applications for graduation will be made available to students during the semester 他们即将毕业.  The application can be found on 横幅自助服务 either through your MCLA Portal or by logging in here.

The deadlines for applying for graduation are as follows:

• May Graduation: February 29th at 5pm
• August Graduation: June 1st at 5pm
• December Graduation: October 27th at 5pm

毕业典礼上要求

• The core curriculum 需求 must be completed.
• The 需求 for the student's major must be completed (Student must be matriculated).
• A minimum grade point average of 2.总共000人，2人.000 in the major and minor program 必须获得需求.
• A minimum of 45 credits must be completed at Massachusetts 文理学院; a minimum of one half of the courses in a student's major must be taken through Massachusetts 文理学院.
• At least 120 credits including the major program credits must be earned.  No more than five credits can be fulfilled by personal fitness/skills courses in physical education.
• A student's final 15 credits of coursework must be completed at Massachusetts College 文科.
• At least 39 of the 120 credits must be in upper-division work  (300-500 level).
• A graduation requirement of 2 credits of Physical Education.

优异毕业

Students of superior academic achievement graduate with distinction according to their quality point average earned at Massachusetts 文理学院 only. 以下 standards will be used for students graduating in the year 2012 and thereafter.  For students graduating prior to 2012 please refer to the MCLA 2006-2007 catalog.

毕业典礼出席政策

Students may attend the graduation ceremony following completion of ALL graduation 需求.  Students must complete an application for graduation by the deadlines listed in the section graduation 需求.  The form must be submitted to the 注册处.
